At Any Stage of the Production

In Ceylan Composite, relevant quality controls are being carried out in three different processes, starting from raw material entry, which is the first stage of production, during production process and after final product. It is checked whether the purchased raw materials or auxiliary materials meet our specifications, whether the manufactured parts are in appropriate dimensions and structural tolerances, whether the final product is produced according to the customer specifications, and all these data are recorded.

Our company is able to manufacture FRP products in standard structure in different types and sizes, and there is a wide range of products in this context. In addition to this, we are able to produce to meet our customer demands with the use of special types of resins and chemical additives suitable for the required usage conditions. In addition, up to professional CAD drawings, production can be carried out with special measures to meet your specifications.
